As we begin our Lent series, Journey to the Cross, we start where Jesus started and that is with the call to follow.
In Week 1, The Cost of Discipleship, we will explore Luke 9:23–25 and the powerful words of Jesus: “If anyone would come after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow Me.” Salvation is a gift of grace, but discipleship requires surrender. What does it really mean to deny ourselves in a culture that promotes self-first living? What does it look like to take up our cross daily?
This message will challenge us to examine what we are holding onto and invite us to step deeper into authentic, surrendered faith.
Join us as we begin the journey and not just toward Easter, but toward wholehearted devotion to Christ.
